North Delhi

North Delhi is a district in the Union Territory of Delhi in India. The district is bounded in north by Uttar Pradesh, in the east by North East District, in the southeast by East District, in the south by Central District, in the southwest by West District, and in the west by North West District.

The area of the district is 61 sq km. Its population is 887,978 as per census 2011. There is one statutory town and 4 census towns in the district. There are only 4 villages in the district. The district headquarters is also the headquarters of its three tahsils viz. Civil Lines, Sadar Bazar and Kotwali Tahsil.
